Q. How long does an order take to process and ship?
A. We process and ship all orders within 5 business days, usually less. If orders will be processed slower than this, we will have an announcement on the website. 

Q. What is the cost for shipping? 
A. We charge a flat rate of $5 for all orders regardless of size or weight.

Q. What is the Exchange/Refund policy? 
A. Refunds on orders are accepted within 30 days of purchase on items that have not been visibly used or tarnished. Please note: Refunds on shipping are not accepted or given. If you return an item, you will pay to ship it back to us. 
Refunds will be processed back to your payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.  Please email us to start your return.

If the product is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 10 business days, so the product can be shipped back to us, repaired, and sent back to you; in this case, the shipping costs will be covered by us. Please email us to start your damage claim exchange. 

You may exchange a product for a credit of the amount paid, not including shipping, within 90-days of receiving the product. We will not ship the product you are exchanging until we receive the original product first. It may take up to 5 days after we receive your product for us to process the exchange. 
Please note: You must pay to ship the unwanted item back to us, and pay for the new item to be shipped back to you again. Using a free shipping coupon only applies for the initial product shipment, not the shipping for the exchange.
Please note: We reserve the right to not accept exchanges for items that have been used excessively with clear scratches or tarnishing. Please email us to begin your exchange.
